Starting from phone batteries, Sunwoda moved into the global top ten in power batteries, and in Q1 2026 its lithium HEV shipments became No.1 worldwide — five years running as China's No.1. Its cells sit inside best-selling hybrids from Renault, Nissan, SAIC, Chery and GAC. The Xinxinghuan large cylindrical platform uses one size across micro-cars, hybrids, light mobility, robots and even low-altitude aircraft; the marine SAIL battery line already has products certified by China Classification Society.

Global capacity, fast and measured

Overseas bases now span five countries: Hungary (Europe's first self-built plant, groundbreaking Oct 2024, production in H2 2026), Thailand (the fastest, phase two underway), Vietnam (consumer-cell base, partial production Q3 2026), plus Morocco and India.
