The route we’d put
in a deck first

Every engagement is custom — but this one shows the anatomy: store visits, an opening workshop and a closing review, compressed into four days across two cities.

Singaporean founders study service design across consumer businesses

Founders and executives from Singapore’s food, retail and manufacturing sectors spent four days in Shenzhen and Guangzhou examining service design, digital operations and staffing challenges. The visits included Bama Tea, MINISO, a NIO House and several restaurant chains. An opening workshop framed the questions; a closing review workshop turned what the group observed into an action list for their own businesses.
